Steve is a Londoner who has lived in Singapore for 4 years and has spent a lot of that time writing and doing voluntary work in soup kitchens, nursing homes and hospitals. He has a great interest in the theatre and plays he has written have been performed by Ageless Theatre since 2012.

He has done some ad hoc acting in church plays and for Council of Third Age and more recently in the Hollywood movie “Hitman:Agent 47”. He also took the role of the Deputy British High Commissioner to Singapore, Philip Moore in a Channel News Asia docu-drama series. His most recent roles were that of a monk in a film “Between Light and Death”, a forensic accountant in “The Best I Could” (Media Corp courtroom TV docu-drama) and a businessman in “Code Of Law”(TV drama) and onstage at The Singapore Arts House created the role of Jerry Koh in The Tides Of 2050.

Apart from writing plays, he is a published author of short stories and has written lyrics (mainly for his friends The Prairie Dog Band, Friendly Strangers Came To Town and Running Over Rooftops and he has occasionally appeared on stage with them) and poems.

A ghost story he wrote was translated and read on a Chinese Radio Channel in 2015. He also does comedy improv with the Avatars Of Improv.
